Teeny's 10k Challenge!

Justina Mac Donald will be running the Newry City 10k on Sunday the 29th of May in support of MS Therapy Centre, a local charity based in Newry and also for Cancer Research UK.

It has been 10 years since Justina has been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, so keeping well has been a constant effort. Justina said " I am grateful to be as healthy as I am today. Throughout this time I have relied on the services of the MS Therapy Centre, a local charity based in Newry. I'd like to give back after all the support they have given to me and many others.

It's also 5 years since we lost Vinny, my husband, to Esophageal cancer. His loss has left us heartbroken. More funding is needed for research, leading to earlier diagnosis, improved treatments and ultimately a cure.

On Sunday the 29th of May, I will be running the Newry City 10k for the MS Therapy Centre and for Cancer Research UK. Money will be split equally between the two charities and any donations are appreciated greatly ".
